We are so excited to be working with a vibrant highvolume freshfood venue set in the stunning Cheltenham countryside. Theyre looking for an experienced Catering Operations Manager to take the reins of their busy food and beverage operation. Leading a team of up to 30 during peak service youll be at the heart of it all overseeing daily logistics finetuning operations and shaping the future of their offering.

- 45000 per annum
- Working 45 hours per week
- Working 5 days a week including weekends evenings and bank holidays
- 5th January to February half term off

Responsibilities as the Catering Operations Manager
- Leading and motivating the food & beverage team to deliver exceptional service across all areas.
- Overseeing rotas event operations and daytoday logistics to ensure smooth running.
- Managing stock levels supplier relationships and cost control with a sharp commercial eye.
- Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness compliance and food safety.
- Working closely with the Head of F&B to develop strategy elevate the guest experience and grow revenue.
