FRIDAYS Brisbanes iconic riverside rooftop bar is on the hunt for an experienced dynamic EntertainmentFocused Assistant Venue Manager to help lead our team and keep the good times rolling.
This is your chance to step into a key leadership role with one of Australias fastestgrowing hospitality groups. Were a highenergy highvolume venue known for our unbeatable views pumping party atmosphere and standout service and were looking for someone who thrives in the spotlight.
As Assistant Venue Manager youll be at the heart of the action driving operations inspiring the team and ensuring every night is one to remember. Your focus will be on entertainment so we want someone who can read the crowd work with promoters and DJs and keep the venue buzzing from open to close.
We are offering:
- Generous Salary $76000 $80000 Super
- KPI Bonus $5000

Essential requirements:
- Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
- Minimum two years of experience in an Assistant Venue Manager role
- Proven track record in event and entertainment programming
- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
- Extensive restaurant & bar experience
- Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
- Ensuring policies procedures and standards are current effective and clearly communicated
- Be availableto work across weekends nights and public holidays
- Current RSA RSG RMLV & Approved Managers license
