Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills demonstrate outstanding time management and be a selfstarter who can think independently. This role is critical in on boarding new business managing key client accounts ensuring satisfaction and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition:

Identify prospect and acquire new clients by cold calling conducting market research attending networking events and utilizing various lead generation strategies

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs and objectives.

Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries concerns and feedback.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with clients to define their goals and create tailored strategies to achieve them.

Identify opportunities for account growth and present solutions to clients.

Project Management:

Organize and manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of services.

Monitor project progress and performance and proactively address any challenges that arise.

Time Management:

Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Utilize time management tools and techniques to enhance productivity.

Independent Thinking:

Analyze market trends and client feedback to provide innovative solutions and recommendations.

Make informed decisions autonomously while keeping the best interests of clients and the organization in mind.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on account performance growth opportunities and client satisfaction.

Use data to drive strategic decisions and enhance client engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role preferably in a fastpaced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Selfmotivated and able to work independently while remaining a team player.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
