How Youll Help:
We are seeking an energetic selfmotivated Technical Implementation Consultant to join our Implementation & Project Management team to provide technical guidance and product expertise during platform implementations and to support the delivery team as needed postimplementation. As a Technical Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for understanding how our client institutions data requirements and business processes impact configuration in our HelioCampus platforms. The ideal candidate has experience in enrollment management student success student financial services and/or financial aid reporting within higher education and possesses strong technical skills as well as effective communication and relationship management skills.

This specific role is primarily remote with occasional travel to an office or client site. Preference will be given to candidates located on the East Coast of the United States in order to facilitate both remote and occasional inperson work.
