Service Transformation Consultant
Digital Transformation Government of Alberta (Remote/Albertabased Preferred)
The Government of Alberta (GoA) is on a mission to deliver simpler more efficient and citizenfocused services in the digital age. As part of this transformation were expanding digital service delivery and building modern agile and usercentered approaches across ministries.
Were looking for two (2) experienced Service Transformation Consultants (STCs) to join our Digital Design and Delivery Division (DDD). This is a fulltime oneyear contract with the possibility of extension up to 24 months.
You will:

Advise on digital delivery agile product development and service transformation

Lead initiatives in the Ministry of Justice to scale transformation and improve service delivery

Coach and guide executive teams on organizational change digital culture and innovation

Facilitate strategic conversations with GoA leadership to align goals across departments

Support product and platform teams from discovery to delivery

Develop frameworks options and briefings for senior decisionmakers

Define and track key outcomes metrics and transformation impact

Primarily remote but occasional inperson work or travel within Alberta may be required (Albertabased applicants are preferred)

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
