Production Supervisor Night Shift
Manufacturing FullTime 12 AM 9 AM Monday Friday
Overview:
We are seeking a handson and safetydriven Production Supervisor to oversee night shift operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who promotes a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement. This role involves supervising production staff resolving equipment and process issues and supporting operational goals for quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and model a culture of safety; conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
- Act as the primary point of contact for emergency response during the shift.
- Supervise production processes to meet quality and output targets while minimizing waste.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and fair enforcement of plant rules.
- Facilitate effective onthejob training and coaching to support employee development.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to address equipment or personnel issues quickly.
- Support production planning and scheduling for optimal product flow.
- Oversee product quality implementing corrective actions for any nonconforming materials.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with facility standards.
Qualifications:
- Associate s degree in a technical or supervisory field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment including supervisory or team lead responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations and production best practices.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership team building and communication skills.
