Our client is seeking a highly talented and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their executive leadership team. This critical role requires a robust track record of success in organizational management driving technological innovation and engaging with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the company s technology vision and strategy.
- Manage and develop the engineering organization to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Drive innovation and the adoption of cuttingedge technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Serve as a key external representative of the company engaging with stakeholders partners and clients to strengthen relationships and promote technological excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in leading large complex engineering organizations preferably in fintech.
- Demonstrated expertise in fostering innovation and delivering impactful technological solutions.
- Strong external communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership role such as CTO VP or SVP of engineering with a track record of driving growth and achieving results.
