Job Description
- Shift: Day Var. Shift(8) 7:00 start
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $1800 $1944
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting for primarily adult patients with orthopedic neurological and vestibular diagnoses
- Deliver highquality physical therapy services in a teambased environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and treatment plans using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with a team of 16 Physical Therapists
- Manage a caseload of 11 12 patients per 8hour shift
- Ensure patient safety and adhere to professional standards and clinic policies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and diverse environment
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Massachusetts (MA) Physical Therapy License Required
- BLS Certification Required
- 3 years of experience in an Outpatient Physical Therapy setting Required
- EPIC documentation experience Preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
