We are currently looking for a dynamic resultsdriven Business Development Executive to join our growing team and help us expand our reach and increase revenue.

Location Kolkata
Work mode Work from Office
Responsibilities:
a) Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
b) Utilize various channels such as online platforms social media industry events and networking to generate leads.
c)Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
d)Understand client needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions and services.
e) Conduct regular client meetings both in person and virtually to discuss ongoing projects address concerns and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
a) Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales role.
b) Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
c) Strong understanding of market trends customer needs and industry dynamics.
d) Experience with bidding portals
e) Selfmotivated goaloriented and comfortable working independently.
f) Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
g) Bachelor s degree in business Marketing or related field (preferred).
