Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to different job sites to perform maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with site managers and other team members to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
- Extensive knowledge of diesel engines hydraulics and electrical systems.
- Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in various locations.
- Valid driver s license; CDL preferred.
