Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan design and furnish interior environments for residential commercial and hospitality projects.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs preferences and project requirements.
Develop mood boards concept presentations and detailed design drawings.
Select and specify materials furniture lighting and finishes in line with design intent and budget.
Prepare and review detailed drawings and construction documents for contractors.
Coordinate with architects contractors and suppliers to ensure timely project execution.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality and design compliance.
Manage project timelines and budgets ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
Stay updated on the latest design trends materials and technologies.
Present design proposals and modifications to clients and stakeholders effectively.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field.
4 5 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp 3ds Max Revit Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
Strong creative visualization and space planning skills.
Excellent communication and client presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of materials finishes and furnishings.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in sustainable design and energyefficient materials.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Familiarity with project management software.
Experience in luxury residential hospitality or commercial projects is a plus.
