Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a tailored marketing strategy for the Nigerian market
Conduct local market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
Lead both digital and offline campaigns including influencer activations partnerships and brand events
Manage traffic acquisition channels (Google Ads Facebook Ads programmatic platforms affiliate marketing etc.)
Build and scale influencer marketing initiatives from sourcing to performance tracking
Collaborate with creative media and brand teams to deliver impactful campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI
Maintain reporting budget tracking and KPI documentation
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience preferably in iGaming fintech or digitalfirst industries
Proven handson experience in managing paid traffic channels (PPC paid social programmatic)
Strong background in influencer management including negotiation content briefing and results analysis
Indepth understanding of the Nigerian market and online audience behavior
Strong analytical skills and media planning abilities
Strategic thinker with a "getthingsdone" attitude
