Job Summary
Responsible for the representation and sale of our products with Key Accounts based upon brand priorities for each account while managing developing and building upon sustainable and profitable businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Proactive account management including sales analysis inventory models and rates of sale identify opportunities to
improve existing business secure new business opportunities through monitoring of competitive activities/performance; quickly address business challenges with wellthought out solutions
Provide the highest level of service and technical expertise each season from sellin to sellthrough.
Achieve sales goals by quarter and by category as defined by Company.
Develop and maintain strong relationship with all levels of account management and internal departments that work with key accounts.
Coordinate and prepare seasonal product presentations
Deliver all orders by booking deadline
Manage accounts through business planning inventory control and analysis.
Proactive order book management.
Continual sales analysis to manage product life cycles inventory models and capitalize on successes and address issues as needed.
Monitor competitor s activities and performance along with implementing strategies and tactics to compete.
Work in close partnership with all cross functional teams to provide the highest level of customer happy service and product expertise from sellin to sellthru driven by our strategic goals
Collaborate with cross functional teams on retailer specific marketing key initiatives to drive sales and maximize ROI
Work as a liaison between company operations and account operations.
Deliver all required reports example: weekly sellthru analysis on time.
Requirements
Graduate with a Bachelor s Degree in Marketing/ Business and or equivalent degree.
At least 3 to 5 years in Sales (Retail or FMCG) intimate knowledge of Key Account management is an added advantage.
Experience and track record of success working with major accounts increasing revenue creating and driving a holistic business plan inclusive of short and long term business strategies and financial targets.
Experience and knowledge of retail fluency and account profitability models with an ability to drive a profitable account business.
Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.
Ability to influence both cross functionally and vertically within industry and marketplace.
Managing complexity of different categories and accounts.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong business drive joint with sensitivity for products.
Proactive with can do attitude team player.
