Roles And Responsibilities
Greet passengers respond to their queries and provide assistance at the airport.
Ensure smooth checkin baggage handling and boarding processes for flights.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving passenger complaints and concerns efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the airport terminals.
Collaborate with other ground staff members to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
Minimum 102 or a Graduate
Excellent communication skills (Both English & Hindi) if you know other languages will be an added advantage
