Job Description
Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Customer Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing client inquiries resolving issues efficiently and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This position is a key part of our support operations and requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers concern and providing accurate solutions
Maintain customer records by updating account information in the system
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support retention
Assist in identifying trends in customer feedback and recommend improvements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Proven experience in a customer support or administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
Strong problemsolving and interpersonal skills
