Job Description
Trident Consulting is seeking a Structural Engineer for one of our clients in Baltimore MD.
Role: Structural Engineer
Location: Baltimore MD (Hybrid)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Structural Engineer to support new construction restoration and investigative work across commercial mixeduse and parkingrelated projects. This is a key role for a selfmotivated engineer ready to lead technical design support project coordination and mentor junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design of steel concrete masonry and wood systems
- Produce and review construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
- Utilize structural software tools such as RAM RISA STAAD ETABS or Enercalc
- Lead project coordination with architects consultants and clients
- Conduct field investigations and assist with forensic and remediation scopes
- Contribute to schedules budgets and overall project delivery
Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Structural emphasis)
- 510 years of U.S. structural engineering experience
- Strong command of IBC AISC ACI and other structural codes
- Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD and structural design software
- PE license preferred or the ability to obtain within 12 months
- Excellent communication skills and project leadership capabilities
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
