Account Manager youre part of our Social Video Growth Team and will be in charge of performance and assigned internal processes. In addition to supporting the Operations team you will support the account management team in: optimizing YouTube videos improving their presence on the platform find and detecting videos on YouTube especially soccerrelated content.
Responsibilities
- Finding and claiming content on the platform
- Knowledge of YouTube optimization (channel structure SEO tags keywords end cards etc)
- Coordinate monthly recurrent executions through a calendar with the Operations Manager and execute it.
- Under the supervision of the Operations Manager proceed with the integration of our CRM.
- Keep an eye on YouTubes ecosystem to catch potential clients in order to become the quintessential Sports Network
- Link with the Business Development and Content team to propose new content ideas corresponding to sponsorship opportunities.
- Active communication with customers both email and calls

Requirements
- 3 years of working experience in a similar role (business development manager sales executiveaccount manager etc) doing all both sales and operations cycle from generating the opportunity to closing the deal
- Proven experience working for SaaS Digital or tech/software industry with a solution selling approach
- Proven experience with Adobe (Photoshop)
- Knowledge on Sports and TV right holders specially focus on LATAM landscape
- Fluent/ Native English level
- Proven sales/YT ops track record
- Proven experience conducting meetings through videoconference tools (and feel comfortable about it) and also for Face to Face meeting and presentations with Clevel/VP executives
- Techsavvy (skilled with technologies and software use/navigation)
- Degree and 6 month experience in AV Comm.
Nice to have Theyre not necessary but if youve got them we wont complain!
- Background and/or knowledge of Intellectual Property and sport rights
- Knowledge of SalesForce CRM
- Any other language is a plus
