Were seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Operations team as a Strategic Supplier Partnerships Manager. The ideal candidate is a highpotential individual who is ready to solve interesting and challenging problems such as refining our strategic supplier partnerships model to meet current and future needs and reduce inefficiencies through deep data analysis. You will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with new and existing suppliers leading partnership strategy and execution collaborating with category experts to achieve business objectives and applying analytical rigor to optimize our supply chain. In this highvisibility role youll work on strategic supplier management and sourcing initiatives that directly impact the success of SquareTrades business.

- Have a passion for operations with an interest in analyzing data optimizing processes and identifying opportunities to drive product / service improvement
- Enjoy collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners and suppliers to deliver business outcomes
- Demonstrate strong investigative skills to identify opportunities for improvement with minimal guidance or direction required
- Have experience in supply chain management
- Are analytically minded: you can not only come up with an idea (the whats) but the whys hows and whens with the data to back it up!
- Detailoriented and able to juggle many tasks within a fastpaced extremely dynamic environment
- Selfstarter with a continuous improvement mindset
- Driven to make an impact on the business: youre scrappy and dont give up
Qualifications :
- BA or BS required; an MBA or Masters in Supply Chain Operations Engineering Economics Statistics Data Science Analytics or other advanced degree from a top school is a plus.
- 3 years of work experience in consulting supply chain or business operations
- Advanced skills with Excel PowerPoint and Word are required; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to drive factbased decision making
- A proven record of rolling up sleeves to execute on strategy.
- Experience working with OEMs Part Distributors Technician Networks and SaaS providers.
- Supplier management experience including designing and executing RFPs RFQs and driving performance via scorecards

(California Only) Pursuant to applicable law SquareTrade estimates the possible base compensation for this role if hired in California to be within the following range: $110K $140K
