- Manage the evaluation of employee competencies throughout various stages of the employee lifecycle aligned with corporate standards;
- Implement and maintain a qualification and requalification system;
- Design develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance and support talent development;
- Identify development needs and propose training interventions in collaboration with department managers;
- Provide input on career and succession planning by reporting on development actions and skill gaps;
- Develop and maintain standardized training programs including materials manuals and documentation;
- Oversee the development of training modules and maintain relationships with external training providers;
- Monitor and improve the quality and effectiveness of training activities through evaluation and feedback;
- Ensure training compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements;
- Contribute to employee retention efforts through targeted development strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree;
- Experience in training and competence & organizational development preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment;
- Strong communication organizational and coordination skills;
- Familiarity with performance and talent development tools qualification systems and audit requirements;
- Strong English knowledge;
- Ability to create effective training strategies and materials.
