Job Description
Ballantynes is seeking a dynamic individual with extensive Front of House Hospitality experience and strong Barista skills to join our hospitality team. The role offers a great variety working within the Kin Bistro in our Christchurch store.
As a Front of House Caf Assistant you will be providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting with daytoday operations within the department.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Extensive Experience working Front of House in a fastpaced environment.
- Proven ability to produce consistent highquality coffee in a timely manner
- Table Service Experience
- High Standard of Customer Service Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Duty Manager License/LCQ Qualification Preferred
Additional Information :
This is a permanent role with a minimum of 20 hours flexible across the week including the weekend or a weekend day.
