Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to improve growth in our Media expertise. You will help expand our client portfolio by identifying highvalue opportunities and positioning our datadriven solutions as essential enablers of our performance. Reporting to the VP Growth you will use our modern capabilities Media Creative and Data & Analytics to help businesses turn their data into a competitive advantage.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Business Development & Prospecting

  • Execute a strategic development plan aligned with our growth goals.
  • Identify qualify and engage prospects developing a sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Implement prospecting strategies both directly and through strategic partnerships.

Client Relationship Management & Opportunities

  • Be a trusted advisor showcasing the value of our combined Media x Crea x Data proposition to senior decisionmakers.
  • Understand client challenges and our goals translating them into tailored datadriven strategies.

Pitching & Commercial Proposals

  • Lead the development of strategic proposals and responses to RFPs ensuring alignment with client our goals.
  • Create compelling commercial propositions that highlight the impact of our data and analytics expertise.
  • Work with our teams to design and sell custom highvalue solutions that differentiate our agency.

Brand Development & Networking

  • Represent the agency at industryleading events (conferences trade shows networking events).
  • Develop and nurture a network within the Data Analytics Martech and Digital Transformation ecosystem.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate tracking of commercial activities sales pipeline and performance metrics.
  • Provide recommendations to increase sales efforts and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications :

  • Experience (8 years) in business development or sales within Media and digital transformation.
  • Track record in closing highvalue deals and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Expertise in selling datadriven solutions including analytics platforms CRM strategies data modeling and measurement frameworks.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills with the ability to engage and influence Clevel decisionmakers.
  • Experience with Martech analytics tools and business intelligence solutions.
  • Wellestablished network within the digital marketing and technology ecosystem.
  • Fluent in business English
  • Youll love getting to know your clients developing longlasting relationships and adding value to their business.
  • Youll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
  • When faced with a problem you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
