Job Description

Montu is looking for a driven and relationshipfocused Business Development / Key Account Manager to help grow our GP network and bring bestinclass treatment options to patients across Australia. Youll be the face of Montu in the fieldbuilding strong partnerships with clinics educating doctors on our latest offerings and ensuring were always meeting their evolving needs.

This is a highly impactful role suited to someone who thrives on the road loves talking to people and knows how to connect commercial outcomes with better patient care.

What youll be doing:

Relationship Building & Customer Support

  • Build strong lasting relationships with GPs and clinics.
  • Understand each partners unique needs and align them with Montus offerings.
  • Provide prompt professional support to ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and keep communication flowing.

Clinical & Product Support

  • Confidently respond to clinical questions and share evidencebased insights.
  • Provide guidance on the appropriate use of therapies and navigate questions around offlabel use.
  • Bring field insights back into the business to inform product marketing and medical affairs teams.

Commercial Growth & Strategy

  • Share market intelligence and partner feedback to shape Montus commercial strategy.
  • Partner with internal teams (sales marketing regulatory etc.) to align on goals and priorities.
  • Track and report on activity forecasting and progress against targets.
  • Meet (and exceed!) goals across meetings sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone with a true hunter mentalitydriven to seek out and win new business grow market presence and uncover fresh opportunities every day.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A confident communicator who builds trust and influence easily in healthcare environments.
  • Experienced in field sales business development or account managementideally within fastmoving short sales cycle industries.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with a track record of delivering results while working independently on the road.
