Our mission is to provide top-notch cyber security certificates that help organizations safeguard their digital assets. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and drive the sales of our cyber security certificates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales marketing and certification teams to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our cyber security certificates to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role preferably in the cyber security or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security principles and certification processes.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate/explain complex topics to non-IT people.
