As part of the Montu ecosystem Leafio works directly with thousands of pharmacies all across the country providing them with a comprehensive range of alternative healthcare brands and products. Aiming to provide product ondemand and on time its east coastbased warehouses dispatch every day of the week to a network of more than 3000 pharmacies around Australia.
What youll be doing:
- Reaching out to new pharmacies and introducing them to what Leafio offers.
- Converting a mix of warm and cold leads into active pharmacy partners.
- Building strong relationships with your pharmacy portfolio helping them grow and succeed.
- Working alongside our Key Account Managers to hand over highvolume pharmacies once theyre established.
- Making sure everything runs smoothlysetting up accounts tracking orders and following up on deliveries.
- Keeping pharmacy partners in the loop about new products ranges and updates.
- Keeping our CRM up to date with notes and insights from your conversations.
- Pitching in across the sales and customer service teams when extra hands are needed.
Qualifications :
- 34 years in a highactivity B2B sales environment (telesales or similar)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a solutionbased role
- Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable following a structured sales process and refining it as you go
- Diligent with timely followup and pipeline management
- Confident influencing decisionmakersespecially small business owners
- Energetic proactive and eager to roll up your sleeves in a fastpaced team
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities without dropping the ball
- Selfmotivated goaldriven and comfortable working with autonomy
- Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written
