Job Description
Conduct comprehensive training sessions on CREO ensuring team members understand and effectively utilize the software.
Develop and maintain training materials such as manuals guides and elearning content to support training programs.
Ensure all training materials are updated with the latest software updates and internal processes.
Evaluate training needs across departments and tailor programs accordingly.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members posttraining to enhance daily software usage.
Assist in releaserelated tasks and support work involving CAD and other design tools to facilitate smooth project execution.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience working with CREO and CATIA.
At least 2 years of experience in a training or instructional role.
Proficiency in CREO and CATIA including experience with internal process tools and systems.
Strong knowledge of CABrelated components.
Extensive experience using surfacing tools within both CREO and CATIA to create complex surfaces.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all organizational levels.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CREO and CATIA usage.
