As an IT Solution Manager for S/4HANA Public Cloud (aka S/4CLIMB) you will be responsible for managing and evolving businesscritical IT solution throughout the full lifecycle management. Working closely with Program management IT Owner Product Owners and Business stakeholders you will ensure the solution delivers longterm value aligned with customer strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages customer requirements including gathering input for IT products or services development.
- Drives the business value of the solution during the whole lifecycle (design&build deploy run improve scale retire the IT solution) in alignment with Program Management and IT Owner
- Organizes and ensures stable operations of the IT Solution in collaboration with Operations Manager and Product Owners
- Proactively consults the Customers of the Solution in optimizing the solution (both on technical and commercial side) and drives standardization.
- Drives solution roadmap and covers the planning process in close alignment with all contributing units and integrated products and services.
- Ensures that all stakeholders especially but not limited to IT Owner Program Management and Product Owners are aligned where required.
Qualifications :
Required Competencies:
- Strong background in Product (Solution) Management Requirements Engineering and Stakeholder Relationship Management.
- Proficient in Portfolio and Demand Management Governance and Business Situation Analysis.
- Solid understanding of Agile Methodologies and Entrepreneurship.
- Proven collaboration skills customercentric mindset and servant leadership approach.
- Analytical and complex problemsolving abilities.
- A completed university degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
