In this diverse role of high impact within our matrix organization we are hiring an energized inclusive and forwardthinking Customer Success Manager to join our EMEA Sales team in our Reflective Solutions business () on a hybrid working model based out of our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest The Netherlands with a direct reporting line to our Business Manager Reflective Solutions EMENA.

Qualifications :

  • Strategic Vision: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to develop and implement effective customer service and technical support strategies.
  • Leadership Acumen: Proven ability to lead motivate and develop highperforming teams both inhouse and remote.
  • Commercial Drive: Targetoriented with a strong commercial mindset able to achieve and exceed service and sales goals.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills enabling clear and effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • ProblemSolving Prowess: Resilient and decisive with a knack for resolving complex issues and turning challenges into opportunities.
