Arista is hiring a Compliance Administrator to join its Legal Department. This role offers a detailoriented and highly organized professional an opportunity to support Aristas global compliance and legal operations. The Compliance Administrator will play a key role in managing due diligence processes maintaining compliance records overseeing legal workflows assessing risk and driving improvements to our compliance program and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
This position requires strong analytical skills the ability to manage multiple priorities and a proactive approach to problemsolving. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in a fastpaced environment while collaborating with crossfunctional teams including legal finance IT and business operations.
This role provides an opportunity to enhance and streamline compliance processes participate in legal investigations and address cuttingedge areas of legal complianceall within a dynamic and growing technology company.
What Youll Do
Triage and provide frontline support for compliance inquiries.
Maintain and update legal forms and templates (e.g. anticorruption NDAA COO).
Oversee FCPA and trade compliance due diligence including screening and certifications.
Administer compliance tools and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Coordinate document reviews for internal investigations and track remediation efforts.
Manage thirdparty certification projects negotiate basic redlines and maintain records.
Monitor evolving anticorruption and trade compliance regulations and ensure adherence.
Assist in updating compliance training materials including anticorruption trade compliance and T&E.
Collaborate with various departments on policy reviews and legal initiatives.
Conduct thirdparty risk reviews for anticorruption trade compliance conflicts of interest and other regulatory risks.
Maintain compliance and training trackers ensuring timely followups on outstanding items.

Qualifications :
Bachelors degree or paralegal certificate with 3 years of experience in legal compliance legal operations or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct legal and factual research.
Excellent organizational skills that enable you to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for crossfunctional collaboration.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets) and compliance tools (e.g. Dow Jones Orbis E2Open).
Ability to assess compliance risks and support due diligence processes.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving regulatory requirements.
Selfstarter with the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an inhouse legal department.
Knowledge of key regulatory frameworks (e.g. FCPA OFAC EAR FAR).
Background in internal investigations including document review and remediation tracking.
Basic understanding of data center or networking equipment (e.g. LAN/WAN SDN)
Familiarity with the channel sales model
