6 years of ServiceNow implementation experience preferably in a consulting or clientfacing role.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
Proven ability to manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification required (ITSM HR or CSM).
