Shift: Morning Shift (5:00 AM 1 PM)

Delivery Distribution and Solutions is a fastpaced logistics and distribution company committed to efficiency accuracy and toptier service. We are looking for a Morning Warehouse Lead to oversee operations ensure smooth workflows and manage a team during the morning shift.
Job Summary:
The Morning Warehouse Lead is responsible for supervising warehouse operations ensuring receiving drivers for pickups ensuring all freight is allocated for delivery dispatching interviewing and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. This role requires strong leadership attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for daily warehouse operations including receiving drivers ensuring contractor compliance and other assigned duties.
- Lead coach and motivate contractors to meet efficiency and operational expectations.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed on time and according to company standards.
- Review and understand all necessary reports documents each day for operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized warehouse environment ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members drivers and management to resolve operational issues.
- Interview and contractor management.
- Updating and completing required daily reports.
- Understand with complete comprehension of routing and dispatching
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 23 years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Punctual & Reliable
- Experience with warehouse management systems software is required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highvolume environment.
