Are you fluent in Italian and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences Join an international company based in Malta that values teamwork growth and employee wellbeing.
As a Customer Support Advisor youll be the first point of contact for customers providing professional and friendly assistance via phone email and chat. Whether its answering queries solving issues or offering guidance your goal will be to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
What Youll Be Doing:
Supporting customers with inquiries and servicerelated questions
Communicating in a clear empathetic and professional manner
Navigating digital tools and CRM systems to log interactions and follow up efficiently
Collaborating with your team to resolve customer needs
Working within a performancedriven environment that encourages personal and team success
What You Bring:
Full fluency in Italian (C2) and strong English communication skills (B2)
A customerfirst mindset with excellent problemsolving abilities
Comfort with digital platforms and multitasking
Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends
Previous customer service experience is a plus full training is provided!
