Job Description
- Shift: 12hr Nights
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $1080 $1188
- Provide basic bedside care including taking vital signs and monitoring patient health.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Assist with patient hygiene dressing changes and wound care.
- Collect specimens for lab tests and report results to the RN or physician.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately in compliance with facility policies.
- Assist physicians and RNs during examinations and medical procedures.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions medications and selfcare techniques.
- 1 years of LPN/LVN experience. This is NOT an LTC unit; minimum of 12 years of acute care hospital experience is required
- Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
- License: Active LPN/LVN license in the State of New York.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
- Candidates outside a 50mile radius qualify for travel pay.
