Roles & Responsibilities
1) Acquire new liability customers through effective outreachcold calling referrals & walk in.
2) Ensure high levels of customer engagement retention and satisfaction through timely and productive service.
3) Act as a single point of contact for the customers banking requirements resolving queries effeciency.
