Our client a highly successful forward thinking passionate Estate and Lettings Agency group is looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator / Senior Lister to join their busy team based at their branch in Guildford Surrey.

The ideal candidate must have a solid background and experience in residential property sales with an excellent record of achievement and the ability to generate and win new business.

We are looking for an energetic negotiator with a superb track record in the property industry as well as Listing and Instruction Winning skills.

You will be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career have a winning mindset but most importantly you will be in your element when delivering spectacular customer service and winning sales.

Skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator / Senior Lister (Estate Agent) role will include:

• Residential sales experience essential
• Extensive Listing / Valuations experience
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to generate new business
• Excellent customer service skills
• Wellspoken and wellpresented
• Knowledge of the local market area
• Target driven and dynamic
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent spoken and written English
