Job Title: Project Coordinator Construction
Location: Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

About the Company:
Sagan represents a fastpaced residential construction company focused on highquality landscaping projects. The team is highly organized checklistdriven and values efficiency clear communication and consistency across projects.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Project Coordinator to support residential landscaping and construction operations. In this role youll be responsible for coordinating schedules organizing project materials and ensuring communication flows smoothly between all internal and external stakeholders. Your efforts will help keep field teams running efficiently and projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule premeasurements and job starts with customers.
- Prepare and distribute subcontractor packets and agreements.
- Track the delivery of supplies and materials for upcoming jobs.
- Communicate project updates with subcontractors production managers and owners.
- Maintain project documentation using tools like Microsoft Office and .
- Follow internal checklists to ensure project readiness and completion.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work PST hours MondayFriday.
NicetoHaves:
- Spanish language proficiency (a strong plus though not required).
- Experience coordinating construction or landscaping projects.
- Familiarity with or similar tools.
- Previous experience supporting production managers or subcontractors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
