THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS FINANCIAL ROLE
This is a fulltime accounting position Monday through Friday with a schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
As our Accounts Payable Clerk youll be the financial pulse behind the scenesresponsible for paying vendors accurately and on time while identifying smarter systems to streamline operations. Your days will include developing and refining payable practices doublechecking invoices and expense records and preparing detailed finance reports that help company leadership make informed decisions. Whether youre catching a discrepancy before it becomes an issue or finding ways to tighten up our processes your work will directly impact our bottom line. Youll collaborate closely with our principal helping ensure every dollar is accounted for and every payment reflects our commitment to quality and trust.
Heres what we need from you:
- QuickBooks experience
- Accounts payable experience
A keen eye for spotting opportunities to save money is highly preferred. Fluency in Spanish is a plus!
