Job Description
Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join an ambitious new AAA crossplatform game in Culver City on a hybrid basis or remotely in the US.

What You Will Do:
- Define and drive the vision for playerfacing features in a live mobile game ensuring they align with overall product goals and player expectations.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally (design engineering analytics) to ideate plan and deliver engaging features that enhance the core gameplay experience.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Use data to inform decisions: analyze KPIs run A/B tests and iterate on features to continually improve player satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly present product roadmaps milestones and feature outcomes to internal stakeholders.
- Champion a playerfirst mentality balancing player delight with business objectives.
What Were Looking For:
- 5 years of product management experience ideally on mobile freetoplay (F2P) titles or similar digital products.
- Proven track record of shipping successful features or live events in a liveservice environment.
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting game metrics designing experiments and leveraging data insights to inform priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to align multiple teams behind a product vision.
- Understanding of mobile UX best practices and player psychology in F2P or liveservice games.
- Adept at balancing creative solutions with practical constraints (timelines resources tech).
Bonus Points:
- Passion for shooters action or competitive multiplayer games.
- Experience collaborating with external development studios or codevelopment partners.
- Exposure to AAAscale development processes and standards.
- Fluency in French which is helpful for communication with multilingual teams or international partners.

In addition to base pay employees may be eligible for equity bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits retirement benefits pet insurance paid holidays paid Scopely free days and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
