Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Doctoral degree from an accredited institution of higher education conferred by first day of employment
Occupational therapist who is licensed in the State of Arkansas at the beginning of employment
At least two years of clinical experience which includes both clinical practice experience and experience as a fieldwork educator
Established expertise in areas of teaching responsibility
Evidence of initial performance and promise of success in teaching instruction or clinical practice
Potential to contribute to the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) evidencebased practice and/or innovative practice
Preferred Qualifications:
At least three years of clinical experience treating diverse populations
Experience teaching in an integrated curriculum
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Record of productive service to a department institution and/or the profession
