About the Role
Were looking for a versatile proactive and AIsavvy Marketing Specialist to become the first hire in our brandnew marketing division.
This isnt a coginthemachine job. You wont be joining a big team with set processs you are the team (at least to start). Youll lay the foundation build the systems and lead the charge on everything from campaign strategy to AI implementation.
From content to email social to automation youll do it all and help us futureproof our marketing function using the latest AI tools.
We wont be training you youll be training us.
Youll be the one discovering mastering and deploying AI tools across our marketing efforts and showing us how to do more with less.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution (HandsOn)
Create and manage content for email blog social website and more
Plan launch and track performancefocused campaigns across channels
Own and grow our presence on LinkedIn Instagram and Facebook
Collaborate with freelance designers or use tools like Canva to create assets
Build and maintain landing pages and email workflows
Monitor performance analytics and use insights to improve marketing ROI
AILed Growth & Innovation
Continuously explore and implement the latest AI tools (ChatGPT Jasper Descript Midjourney Claude etc.)
Automate and scale repeatable tasks with AI content writing design outreach etc.
Build internal AIpowered systems and SOPs that can support future hires
Train the leadership team and future team members on AI tools and workflows
Help us build a lean techenabled marketing function that punches above its weight
Youll Be a Fit If You:
Have 24 years in a fullspectrum marketing role ideally in a startup or solo capacity
Are highly selfmotivated curious and thrive in environments where you take the lead
Have strong writing content creation and basic design skills
Are handson with tools like ChatGPT Jasper Canva Notion Zapier and email/CRM platforms
Can learn fast build systems from scratch and execute without being micromanaged
Want to be the founding marketing team member of a company that invests in innovation
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience running paid media campaigns (Meta Google LinkedIn)
Background in SEO analytics or conversion rate optimisation
Built AI workflows or trained others on AI tools
Experience in B2B SaaS or servicesbased business environments
A portfolio case study or example of a system or campaign you built solo
