Job Description
A leading construction and civil engineering firm in Malta is currently seeking a handson and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily site operations. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a solid background in site management who can ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate onsite construction activities ensuring work is carried out according to plans specifications and safety regulations.

Manage and direct subcontractors tradespeople and labourers.

Ensure adherence to health and safety standards conducting site inspections and toolbox talks.

Monitor project timelines and report on progress to project managers and senior stakeholders.

Resolve daytoday issues on site and liaise with engineers and architects for technical support.

Ensure materials and equipment are available and used efficiently.

Maintain site records including daily logs attendance deliveries and progress reports.

Coordinate site logistics and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Communicate effectively with clients consultants and internal teams.
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction or civil engineering.

Strong understanding of construction methods health and safety regulations and site management procedures.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.

Excellent leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.
-
Fluent in English; Maltese is considered an asset.

Relevant certifications in health and safety (e.g. CSCS or equivalent) are preferred.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Valid drivers license.
