Job Description
We are an establishedfamily-owned construction companyseeking an experiencedEstimatorto join our team. We specialize inmasonry waterproofing caulking and restorationfor commercial and multifamily properties.

What Youll Do:
- Develop accurate and competitive estimates for masonry restoration and waterproofing projects.
- Perform digital takeoffs usingActive Takeoff OnScreen Takeoff or similar software.
- Review plans specifications and site conditions to ensure precise bid preparation.
- Collaborate with project managers vendors and clients to define scope and pricing.
- Support project and maintain organized records of bids and proposals.
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years of estimating experiencein roofing waterproofing caulking or restoration.
- Proficiency in takeoff software (Active Takeoff OnScreen Takeoff or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communicator who thrives in a team environment.
