Job Summary:
We are hiring a General Manager to lead sales and technical operations in soil nutrition with a focus on fertilizers. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in agricultural inputs soil and crop nutrition and proven leadership in managing sales teams and driving growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to set business goals strategic plans and annual budgets.
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy across key regions.
- Identify new market opportunities distribution partners and expansion areas.
- Lead manage and motivate the sales and technical team to achieve growth targets.
- Monitor industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
- Deliver technical support and training to internal teams distributors and farmers.
- Conduct field visits to promote proper usage and effectiveness of fertilizer products.
- Support product planning and supply chain coordination to ensure availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agricultural agencies cooperatives and farming communities.
Travel Requirement:

Frequent travel to provinces and agricultural areas is required.
Main requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Agriculture Agronomy Soil Science or related fields (MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 58 years experience in the fertilizer and pesticide industry in Cambodia.
- Deep knowledge of soil health plant nutrition and fertilizer application.
- Strong leadership team management and decisionmaking abilities.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel regularly to field locations across Cambodia.
