Job Description

Location: Onsite (Ferndown BH22 9BU)

Salary: Up to 27000 per annum with incentives for professional development

Job Purpose:

The Finance Assistant will aid the Finance Team in the managing processing and troubleshooting of all Finance and accounting transactions of all the group companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in unison with the finance and logistics departments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records within Sage 200.
  • Handle the processing of expense claims credit card reconciliations and banking transactions.
  • Processing of sales and purchase orders and posting of sales and purchase invoices.
  • Assist with the preparation of the weekly domestic and overseas payment runs.
  • Support logistical activities including tracking parcels and managing orders.
  • Tackle various adhoc duties as the business evolves.

  • Analytical skills for interpreting financial and logistical data.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Experience with Sage 200 or equivalent accounting software is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • A proactive attitude willing to assist and eager to learn.
