Our client is leading the iGaming entertainment by providing their customers with the most entertaining and trustworthy experience possible while also reinventing the gambling industry. They are home to more than 30 wellknown brands
As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) you will be specializing in Game Development Studio.
The brand is a game development studio formed by an international group of professionals and game enthusiasts with broad experience in mobile play to earn casual game development and slot games. They work with worldclass artists programmers mathematicians and musicians to produce some of the most innovative creative and entertaining casino games on the market.
Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead Games Studio and drive all technical aspects of companys operations and growth!
You will work closely with a multicultural team of programmers and other professionals. You will spearhead the technical vision and architecture of the company ensuring that our platform is at the cutting edge of the industry and compliant with the various regulations.
You will be responsible for overseeing the design development and deployment of our clients gaming platform ensuring its scalability reliability and security.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall technical strategy and ensure alignment with the companys businessobjectives.
- Own the architecture design and development and product roadmap of the companys platform ensuring its scalability performance and security.
- Build and lead a highperforming engineering team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee system design and development processes making critical architectural decisions and ensuring high code quality.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver exceptional gaming experiences.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the gaming and blockchain industries ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the online casino industry preferably from the provider side with a deep understanding of its processes.
- Strong expertise in backend development and technologies including Javascript Typescript and . Knowledge of Rust and Kotlin is a plus.
- Strong experience with GitHub repos GitHub Actions Terraform Google Cloud and other technologies to manage containerize applications and deploy cloudbased solutions and infrastructure.
- Proven ability to automate business workflows for enhanced efficiency. Experience implementing AI LLMs and Generative AI into business processes is a plus.
- Experience managing compliance requirements in the gambling industry.
- Experience with platform and player monitoring tools and practices to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Strong documentation skills of the platform and its related APIs and tools.
- Experience integrating with online casino partners.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- A track record of making and communicating impactful architectural decisions.
- A passion for staying at the cutting edge of technology and the gaming industry.
- A proactive mindset eager to take initiative and ownership in a dynamic environment.
