Job Description
The Client and Office Services Liaison is the key person ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions and the effective delivery of client services. The primary function of this role is toprovide highquality frontline representationof FB Rice by managing ourfront office at our Melbourne Office and fielding incoming calls.
This is a fulltime position. The successful applicant is required to be based in the Melbourne office 5 days a week.
Daily responsibilities include
- To create a professional and welcoming experience for all employees clients and visitors including greeting assisting and offering refreshments as required.
- To ensure all facilities are kept in a clean tidy and replenished state.
- To effectively manage incoming emails and calls to reception in an efficient and helpful manner.
- To distribute internal mail deliver outgoing mail to the Post Office and file photocopy and scan documents as required.
- To provide event coordination support for external and internal events.
- To provide general administration duties with a proactive approach to improving our front of office systems and processes.
What we are seeking
To be successful in this role it is a requirement that you have:
- Proficiency and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Outlook and Excel)
- Accurate and timely data entry skills
- Proven organisational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent time management including the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
Preferred but not essential:
- Experience in a professional services office
