FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center in Uxbridge is in search of a part-time Client Care Specialist.
Candidates must project a warm enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.

We are looking for:

Someone that is able to create a welcoming atmosphere greeting and servicing our patients.
Manage check-ins check-out collecting and posting of patient payments.
Answer phones scanning and filling.
Have to become proficient with our office / medical software.
Accuracy in making patient charts scheduling and canceling of patient appointments.
Exceptional Customer Service.
Experience with Medical insurance billing is a MUST!!.

***Current position is approximately 15-20 hours per week mainly morning shifts. Some evening availability is needed with advance notice to cover other employees**
