About the role:
The Client Services Team Lead is a key role responsible for ensuring quality enabling services for people we support and frontline service delivery to the Operations Manager Client Services this role is full time hours based at the Endeavour Foundation Support Office in Cannon Hill. You will lead a team of NDIS coordinators and rostering officers as you reshape this role to create better client experiences for the future.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team that drives quality assurance and compliance with relevant legislation and compliance.
- Optimise workforce and financial sustainability strategies to be implemented effectively.
- Be a recognised subject matter expert that will coach and share knowledge with your peers and broader team across endeavour foundation.
- Be innovative and contribute to business improvement strategies seeking to identify opportunities across the end-to-end client experience cycle.
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline including business (desirable) or community services (desirable).
- Demonstrates high level competence in computer applications i.e. Microsoft Suite of programs relevant to the role to ensure work is completed in a professional accurate and timely manner.
- Be willing to obtain a current National Criminal History check
- Hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card)
