We have an exciting opportunity at nbn as the Senior Business Analyst reporting to Executive Manager Portfolio Governance and Analysis.
A bit about your role
The Senior Business Analyst leads the development and analysis of detailed usercentric business requirements and supports the delivery team in implementing nbns capabilities. Key responsibilities include analyzing data identifying trends managing projects conducting research providing strategic recommendations and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
The role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams presenting reports ensuring data quality coordinating with stakeholders and aligning business objectives with actionable strategies.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in business analysis data analysis or project management. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint and have strong experience with data visualization and analysis tools like Tableau Power BI or R.
Knowledge of business improvement and innovation methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills strong analytical and problemsolving abilities and a Project Management Qualification are also required.
