A successful and forwardthinking organisation based in York (YO10) are currently recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partner to support their team for a 6month period. On offer is a salary of up to 45000 alongside flexible working and the chance to make real commercial impact from day one. This role could also potentially lead to permanent opportunities with this employer offering excellent holiday allowance competitive pension contribution flexible working hours and hybrid working (3 days from home).
As an Interim Finance Business Partner you will be:
- Acting as a strategic partner to operational teams providing financial insight and challenge
- Preparing detailed analysis to support decisionmaking
- Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Monitoring performance against budgets and identifying risks or opportunities
- Supporting key business projects and driving improvements
- Liaising across departments to support commercial outcomes
To be successful in this Finance Business Partner role you will ideally have:
- Experience in a business partnering or commercial finance role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence nonfinance stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel
- A relevant qualification (ACA ACCA CIMA) with solid experience
- A proactive adaptable approach and confidence working independently
