About the role:
The People & Culture Advisor reports to the NSW General Manager and will work from our Western Sydney Head Office with occasional travel to our Newcastle branch. You will be a true HR Generalist working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Branch Managers in the field. While you will be responsible for recruitment ER and IR and conducting disciplinary meetings you will also be handson with tasks such as picking uniforms printing employee access cards and attending toolbox meetings.
